The Vaultec "SONAR" is the new one channel vintage style optical compressor limiter developed by G.A.R.

The ideal tool if you are looking for a very musical organic compression, much more colorful than

the other compressors available

The circuit used in the SONAR is based on a classic design that uses an light source and a photoelectric cell specially made in the workshop

and a new approach for compression visualization
the new sonar dial allows you to visualize the compression and the intensity of the compression through its

"SONAR"  screen.

This gives the SONAR a unique compression & limiter sound characteristics
